Scott Ingram

Speaking of drip painting...

A work of "nail polish on paper" by Atlanta artist Scott Ingram is the focal point of this lovely room by Suzanne Kasler.

A show at the Solomon Projects Gallery illustrates Ingram's technique.

Here is another Ingram installation seen at Apartment Therapy.

  1. Very cool! I may have to get out all my old bottles of nail polish and create my own art ;-)

  9. The art is fun - but the striped chairs in the top image is making cast around my dream house for something to re-cover!

  10. I love the room and it's been a long time since I admired anything even remotely gray and burgundy! The nail polish technique is awesome. It reminds me of how many tables I ruined as a teenager!

  11. That first room is wonderful! I think my favorite painting is really the gallery peice with all the drips at the bottom. I think it would be great to be able to buy one like that!
