i looove exposed brick!
just popped over to style court. great post and great stories. would love to see more of your husbands work, girl with remote is fabulous. also, don't want to seem pushy, but as a devoted reader, I'm kind of ready to see more of your new home... hello??!! how long are we meant to wait? the one square meter of exposed brick behind the portrait is just cruel if you don't share more:-)
Ha. That is seriously all there is to see at this point! Our bed is still on a metal frame. Our dining room consists of a single office chair. But the main reason (besides me being a total coward) is that my camera is broken. I had to borrow one to take this picture. Thanks and I promise to share more soon! : )
Well, that was really sweet of you to borrow a camera to help me pull the story together.I love all the obscure bits we see of your elegant furniture in your random -- nicely styled -- vignettes. Also want to see more of your husband's work.
naked or not, portraits are wonderful at any age.Hopping over to Style Court....
What a great post. I too loved the stories (I have kids so the boomama story was the clincher:) and along with everyone love the vignettes you whipped up. Staying tune to see what you come up with for the brick dilemma.
You are one of my Blogebrities today!
I LOVE painted brick walls. Last year the room I rented had a brick wall with a fireplace. I desperately wanted to paint it white but my landlord wouldn't let me :(Keep us posted on what you do!
