Saarinen & Scott Ingram
I have saved so many images of Eero Saarinen's Pedistal Table, that I had to create a separate file to hold them all. So naturally, I was excited to see that one of my favorite Atlanta artists had included the iconic Tulip as subject in his most recent show.
Scott Ingram's "Saarinen Table/Floor" on paper.
Along with Ingram's "Architectural" series are the Nail Polish Works that have made him an interior designer favorite. Shown above is a piece in a home by Suzanne Kasler & William T. Baker.
Scott Ingram is showing at Solomon Projects through March 13th.

Hey Millie-
I am actually not familiar with Scott's work, but I was excited when I saw your snapshot of his work on Twitter because you know I love anything with a Saarinen table, too!!
Have a great day!
I have been wanting to buy that table for my kitchen for a long time. These images are great!

The décors, the furniture and the items used on this interior is so beautiful. I love it.
Beauty and art are very well combined with this interior. It’s a brilliant post.
Hi, Love your blog. Just learned about it in the March Real Simple. Congrats:) Will be back!
Thanks for introducing me to Scott's work...and who doesn't love a Saarinen table? Great images!
I love the nail polish piece! I actually did the same thing on canvas for my bedroom when I was bored one night. I had no idea that someone else had done that, I thought I was so original and clever!
Scott's work is fantastic,I love it. especcially nail polish art piece,so original, yet so affordable to do on your own. Thank you for this lovely post
hugs from Millie
Those zebra arm chairs are absolutely fab-u-lous! Great post -thanks for sharing.
fabulous images! I love Saarinen tables, makes me proud of being Finnish! Have a lovely day!
Where is image #3 from? I LOVE it!!
They like those white pod chairs don't they! Almost one in every room... just change the color of the cushions!
Tolle Homepage und genialer Aufbau, gefällt mir sehr gut!!
Vielleicht schauen sie mal auf meiner Homepage vorbei!
Schöne Grüße aus Bayern
Scott Ingram's works are fascinating. I like his Nail Polish work from Solomon Projects, too. I like the style of those floors for my new house in Tampa. We're installing ceramic tile for our living room. Lighter shade of purple would be great this year.
A mix of colors on each room made it unique on its own, in the name of design. I want to see more of what's in store of Scott Ingram, due to the captivating way of how he incorporated the perfect harmony of each furniture, the ambiance and the carpet, so I could gain more inspiration on how to beautify my Indianapolis home.
What is that Chinese lantern looking lamp in the first picture?? I love Chinese lanterns and that looks like a beautiful, classy version of one! I would love to find one just like it.

reupholstered kitchen chairs look beautiful in zebra print.
I really like the wallpaper in the first picture, the whole set up in that room is nice.
I can't say I really like pedestal tables, I don't know why, I think they look nice but whenever I sit at one I feel like they're unbalanced and I'm going to tip it over.
Wow, Nail Polish Works? Haven't heard of it but love the look. I'll need to look into it.
The table looks amazing against the dark wood floor in the 1st and 3rd pictures. gorgeous
I love the interior decorating in those photos.
Very interesting post...!!! I was very encouraged to find this site. Thanks a lot for this great information i like it so much.
You gotta love that contrast between the white furnishing and walls and the dark wooden floor in the first and last pictures. It’s like you’re looking at the interior of a choco-vanilla cake!
I enjoy the efforts you have put in this, thank you for all the great posts.
Very creative, one of the nicer sites I have seen today. Keep up the great work.
I've seen those "Nail Polish" pieces in a few different places, now I know whom to connect them with...thanks!
