Sunday Sunflowers

With the thermometer stopping just shy of 90 degrees, cut sunflowers are the closest I am getting to fall this weekend.

makes me nostalgic for August! Here in Rome, the sunflowers have all come and gone, have to wait a whole year to see them in all the beauty again.
So glad you're back, I love your blog, and just after i found and loved it, you stopped posting!

Thanks everyone--glad to be back. I missed my blogging friends.

Glad you like the sunflower vignettes. Only the top photo is from my house, the second is from Domino. And I apologize for always having such tight shots, but I am still phobic about showing my house on the internet.

I am so ready for fall--I've been out of town, and I'm excited to see the temps are going to be rather tolerable this week!

Love those pillows, and so glad to have you back!

Lovely images! I love sunflowers. They are so cheery, but so sturdy. They really make a statement.
