It's messy, expensive and I don't even consider trying to travel with it (after an unfortunate suitcase incident), but
Fresh's Brown Sugar Body Polish is what saves my skin through the winter months. Even though it will make your bathtub feel as if you used it to mix the ingredients for a lemon pound cake, it is worth having around for that moment when global warming allows you to shed a few layers.
So, what gets you through the winter?

Ooooo, I'm always looking for new spa goods to try!!
~Kate
actually, this very product is one in my arsenal. I regularly couple this with a bubble bath with moisturizing beads and a good rubdown with this scrub.
The good news is, there are certainly cheaper versions on the market...but if you love it, you love it. And Fresh always has a way of making you smell and feel delicious!
Oh.... and I also use a mild self-tanner throughout winter so you never seem so pasty white. It makes a world of difference!
Millie- Glad you're back! I've always wanted to try that sugar scrub. I like Franki's idea of the self-tanner, but I'm too lazy. Although, I like my Laura Mercier bronzer- it prevents me from looking like a corpse!
Yeahhhhh! You're back! I missed you! I haven't tried Fresh but I have a friend who loves it. I personally love Kiehl's Soy Milk and Honey Scrub and Creme de Corps. My ultimate treat though is the Laura Mercier Creme Brulee scrub. It smells divine!
Oh yes, Kiehl's Creme de Corps, Facial Fuel.... or, Pour Homme (which I think smells incredible.) Otherwise, Molton Brown, lots of drinking water and the sunroof on the car. I've been known to keep it open as long as it's not raining and the kids aren't with me.
Welcome back!
I started using their products a few months back and fell in love with them. This is actually one of the things I want to try. Glad to hear a glowing recommendation. I did a post a few days ago about Fresh...you might want to check it out.
Thanks Vanessa. I just linked to your post!
And thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I have tried some other brands, but I always go back to this one. Creme Brulee sounds like a nice change of desert-y scrubs and Kiehl's is the best for clean packaging and no bullshit products. I have a tube of their lip balm in every drawer and pocket.
Thank you for the mention.
Trader Joe's has a lavender sea salt scrub that's about $7 and comparable to some of the pricier scrubs I've tried. Plus it smells wonderful without synthetic fragrance. Perfect antidote the really hard, drying Atlanta water.
