I Married Adventure

Courtney first introduced me to this lovely little book by Osa Johnson, and requested to see how others have it displayed. Here are a couple of photos of my beloved copy, currently resting beneath a pair of antique bronze finials.

What exactly are the contents of this book...is it any good or is it only the cover that is coveted?

Not going to lie, I bought it for the cover. I have only read bits and pieces, as the condition of my book is a bit fragile. I think anyone who loves travel and history will find it interesting. There are photographs of her "adventures" as well.

Thanks for the compliments. Tabletops are re-arranged often at my house. I think it has changed a few times since these photos were taken a while back.

I scored this book at an estate sale a few months ago. Purchased it for the cover only. Just recently visited Charlotte Moss's store in NY...was so pleased to see it displayed on the bedroom desk.
