I Married Adventure
Courtney first introduced me to this lovely little book by Osa Johnson, and requested to see how others have it displayed. Here are a couple of photos of my beloved copy, currently resting beneath a pair of antique bronze finials.

LOVE this. I'm going to slink it. Shoot me an email if you prefer I remove the picture :)
Please do. Thanks for the link.
I am praying to the gods that i find a copy of this hidden at the Book Thing... and that no-one knows what it is!
Oh so very cute how you have it...love these books, I want to get a few :)

What exactly are the contents of this book...is it any good or is it only the cover that is coveted?
Not going to lie, I bought it for the cover. I have only read bits and pieces, as the condition of my book is a bit fragile. I think anyone who loves travel and history will find it interesting. There are photographs of her "adventures" as well.
Stumbled upon your blog...very interesting:-)
Love the way you have displayed it:-)

the book is a fun read! it is my go to gift. there are a bunch for sale on www.alibris.com
your tablescape is very cute.
Thanks for the compliments. Tabletops are re-arranged often at my house. I think it has changed a few times since these photos were taken a while back.
I had the same question as Patricia...your photos look great!!
I scored this book at an estate sale a few months ago. Purchased it for the cover only. Just recently visited Charlotte Moss's store in NY...was so pleased to see it displayed on the bedroom desk.
It is quite the perfect backdrop for your little dogs! Love it.
