Bond on the Run

This Friday, James Bond is back with his passport full of exotic stamps. I am usually not an action movie goer, but 007 films with their beautifully shot destinations are the exception. Quantum of Solace lists seven different countries in the film location credits and will take place mainly in Europe and South America.

In the meantime, I will soothe my vicarious vacation lust with Concierge.com's list of James Bond's Greatest Travel Moments. Never mind that they forgot to include one of my favorites...

Daniel Craig as James Bond in the Bahamas for Casino Royale.

Oh I can't wait! My friend and I were just talking about how we knew he would make the best Bond after we saw Layer Cake. If anyone hasn't see it, rent it now!

The man is one gorgeous hunk of man meat. And those blue eyes! I could sink into oblivion staring into them...

I can't wait. Trying to figure out how I can sneak out tomorrow and see "QofS." We all need a little Bond, now and again.

And does he suffer for his art? Eight stitches to the face and having to reattach a portion of his little finger? They say he's the highest paid actor in Britain. Well, yeah...

Why is he so hot as Bond? I wasn't attracted to him at all, then I watched five minutes of Casino Royale and I was smitten.

Congrats on the decorno link today - that is one of my favorite blogs!

I must netflix Layer Cake though I am sure he looks even better now with those scars!

So my husband and a bunch of friends are headed to the midnight showing tonight, but I can't stay up that late--not even for Daniel Craig.
